Brannon Bishop

Brannon Bishop, ChE/MBA, currently serves as the Compounding and Matics Departments Manager at Schwan Cosmetics USA since August 2024. Prior to this role, Brannon held various leadership positions, including Senior Manufacturing Manager at Consumer Product Partners from May 2021 to July 2024, where strong capabilities in compounding and warehouse functions were demonstrated. As a Senior Supervisor-Distribution at SMPLY Brands, Brannon co-led a team achieving a "superior" rating for cGMP audit compliance. Experience also includes significant roles in chemical processing management at Consumer Product Partners, ownership of Impeller, LLC, and supervisory responsibilities at Bunge and Loders Croklaan. Brannon's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Tennessee Technological University, along with early studies at Freed-Hardeman University and Dickson County High School.
