Shawna Myers

Shawna Myers has over 15 years of experience in the field of learning and organizational development. Shawna currently holds the role of AVP Learning and Organizational Effectiveness, Chief Learning Officer at Vi since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Trustwave as the Leader of Global Learning & Organizational Development from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the development, delivery, and management of learning and talent development initiatives on a global scale. Before Trustwave, they worked as a Consultant for Learning and Development at NorthShore University HealthSystem from 2013 to 2016, where they provided L&OD solutions and coached individuals and teams to improve performance.

Shawna also has experience as the Owner and OD Consultant at Four Fold Coaching and Consulting, LLC from 2004 to 2015, where they partnered with corporate, small business, and individual clients to develop customized solutions for leadership development and change management. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Loyola University Chicago from 2008 to 2013, teaching courses on strategic organization development and managing and motivating in the workplace. Shawna also served as an Adjunct Faculty at DePaul University in 2005-2006.
