Katarzyna Warzecha has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles in marketing and management. Katarzyna began their career as a Market Research Specialist and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager at Instore Solutions Services Polska. Following this, Katarzyna worked as a Marketing & Sales Specialist at SI-Consulting. Katarzyna then joined Mind Progress Group, where they served as an Account Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, they executed marketing projects for key clients, managed teams, coordinated events and social media activities, and developed marketing plans and budgets. Katarzyna also worked as a Junior Brand Manager at Medicus Sp. z oo. and as a Local Production Assistant at European Film Awards in 2016. Katarzyna currently works at VIA Outlets, initially joining as a Marketing Manager and later being promoted to Senior Marketing Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for the strategic and tactical marketing development of Wrocław Fashion Outlet and manages the marketing department. Their responsibilities include creating marketing and communication strategies, managing the center's marketing budget, developing loyalty programs, collaborating with external agencies, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
Katarzyna Warzecha obtained a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Wroclaw, which they attended from 2002 to 2007. Katarzyna also pursued a Postgraduate degree in Modern Marketing from the Wroclaw School of Banking, studying there from 2009 to 2010. In addition, they obtained the Japanese Language Proficiency 4 kyuu (N5) certification from the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services in January 2010.
