Colton Oliphant, EMBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2017, they worked as the VP of Strategic Partnerships at Rayka, where they focused on developing strategic partnerships. From 2019 to 2023, Colton served as the Regional Director, Campus (University) Partnerships at WorldStrides, where they were responsible for go-to-market strategy and revenue generation in a six-state region. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of 30K Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in process optimization and relationship management. Additionally, Colton worked as a Consultant at Via TRM in 2020. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2019, they worked at the University of Idaho as a Faculty/Staff-led Program Coordinator and Education Abroad Advisor, overseeing study abroad programs and advising students on education abroad experiences. Currently, Colton is working as an Account Executive at Via.

Colton Oliphant, EMBA, completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree at Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued master and bachelor level coursework at the University of Idaho between 2011 and 2018. Colton holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Pacific Lutheran University, which they earned from 2004 to 2008. During their educational journey, Colton obtained a certification in "Mapping Short-term Education Abroad Programs" from NAFSA in November 2012.
