Carolin Strüder

Carolin Strüder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Carolin started their career as an intern at Allianz, working in talent management and group executive pool, as well as in group HR recruiting. Carolin then worked as an intern at BMW Group in multi-program management before moving on to Daimler AG, where they interned in the innovation management department. Carolin joined Arthur D. Little as a management consultant, where they worked for three years. Currently, they are a Partner Success Associate Principal at Via and will soon be promoted to the role of Partner Success Principal.

Carolin Strüder completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Master in Management at Nova School of Business and Economics from 2016 to 2017. Carolin also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 2011 and 2015. In addition to their academic degrees, they hold a certification as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) I from Scrum.org.
