Dogukan Zengin

Dogukan Zengin is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and integration across various industries. Currently at ViaBill since August 2020, Dogukan has led the migration of the company's authentication infrastructure to AWS Cognito for over 1 million users and integrated third-party services. Previously, Dogukan worked at Aer Lingus, executing a successful migration to Amazon Connect and developing AI bots that significantly reduced agent workload.
