Laurent Twerenbold

Laurent Twerenbold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and software project management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Viaccess-Orca since September 2023, Laurent previously held significant roles at Orange Business Services, including Head of the Flexible Contact Center Expertise Team and Service Delivery Manager since May 2016. With a career spanning over two decades, Laurent's experience at Orange included leadership positions in PaaS solutions, innovation program management, and digital advertising. Prior to this, Laurent was a Software Support Project Leader at VMTS, managing technical communication between French and Korean teams, and held a Software Maintenance Project Leader position at Wavecom, overseeing outsourced maintenance operations.
