Ryan Nguyen

Ryan Nguyen has extensive experience in IT support, beginning with a role as a Deskside Support Technician at ING Financial Services from January 1997 to December 2010, where Ryan configured and supported desktops and laptops with various Windows operating systems. Following this, Ryan served as an IT Analyst at PCMall/USI Insurance Services from December 2009 to January 2015, focusing on the installation and configuration of multiple Windows operating systems and dual-boot setups. Since March 2015, Ryan has been working as a Field Support Technician I at Viad Corp, where responsibilities include the installation and configuration of Windows 10/11/W365 and Windows Server 2016/2022, as well as computer imaging utilizing Dell Image Assistant and Windows AutoPilot. Ryan holds education credentials from Wentworth Institute of Technology, with attendance spanning from 1995 to 1999.
