Sybren Stelpstra

Sybren Stelpstra's work experience begins in 1980 when they started as an Officer HR at KABU. Sybren then moved on to work at Centraal Boekhuis as a VP Human Resources from 1988 to 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they worked at Holec as the Director of Human Resources. After that, from 2000 to 2003, they were the HR Director at Reliant Energy. In 2003, they became the Founder and Managing Partner of iMa. Currently, they are working as the Interim Human Resources Manager at ViaEurope since 2022.

Sybren Stelpstra began their education in 1976 at Hogeschool Zwolle, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Sybren graduated from Hogeschool Zwolle in 1980. Following this, in 1980, Sybren enrolled at Utrecht University, specializing in Andragologie. Sybren completed this program in 1983. Furthering their academic journey, in 1998, Sybren attended Open Universiteit and studied Human Resources for a period of two years, until 2000. No specific degree was mentioned for this stage of education.
