Nelia Pinta has extensive experience in the travel and aviation industry, currently serving as Operations Manager for Abreu Aviation and the 24h Support Department at Viagens Abreu, S.A. since December 2014. In this role, Nelia oversees an 18-member team, providing post-sale travel assistance and customer support across various markets including Portugal and the Americas. Previously, Nelia served as a Project Developer, enhancing internal airline booking tools, and as a Senior Travel Consultant for both Angola and Portugal, specializing in corporate and VIP travel services. From January 2005 to December 2014, Nelia held multiple positions at Travelstore Group, including Customer Care Center Manager and Corporate Travel Booking Team Leader, focused on corporate travel operations for Angola and Mozambique. Nelia began a career in the travel sector at Cosmos Viagens as a Corporate and Group Travel Consultant. Nelia holds a degree in Tourism and Tourism Operations Management from the Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração de Lisboa.
