Patricia Duret

Patricia Duret is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and customer success management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Learnation Group since January 2024, Patricia has previously held the position of Chief Services Delivery Officer at VIALINK (January 2023 to January 2024) and Global Customer Success Director at OpenClassrooms (January 2020 to January 2023), where responsibilities included leading teams focused on the pre-sales and implementation of SaaS solutions for major international clients. Patricia's background also includes roles as Operations Director at Sitel Group, Director of EMEA/Asia Services at Rosetta Stone, and VP of Services at TELL ME MORE, among others. With a solid foundation in educational content and client services, Patricia began a career in education as a German teacher before transitioning into the technology sector. Educational qualifications include a D.E.S.S. in Audiovisual and Computer Science for Education and a Master’s degree in German from Université de Poitiers.
