Andy Kozma has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Andy is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and a Member of the Board of Advisors at vialytics, where they are involved in the development and implementation of their Intelligent Road Management System. Andy is also an Executive Member at Pavilion.
Previously, Andy served as an Executive Advisor at FLATLAY Inc. and Agora World, where they provided guidance on overall business growth strategies. Andy was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at INTURN, leading the global revenue and commercial function.
Prior to that, Andy was the Chief Revenue Officer at Slyce, where they oversaw sales, customer success, and professional service teams. Andy also worked at INETCO Systems Limited as an Executive Advisor and subsequently as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales.
In addition, Andy held leadership positions at NCR Corporation, where they were the Global Cash Management Sales Leader and Vice President of Business Development Cash Management. Andy was responsible for driving global sales and managing customer relationships across various regions.
Earlier in their career, Andy was the Vice President of Global Operations and SaaS Solutions at Transoft International, Inc., where they led sales, professional services, support, and quality assurance teams. Andy successfully managed projects for clients and played a key role in the company's acquisition by NCR.
Prior to all these roles, Andy Kozma founded and served as the CEO of Artanica LLC.
Andy Kozma attended Williston Northampton School from 1992 to 1995, where they completed their preparatory education. Following that, from 1995 to 1999, they attended the University of Miami Herbert Business School and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Finance and Marketing.
