Rick Mallery is currently a Senior Technical Writer at Vianai Systems, Inc. Prior to their current role, Rick worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Siemens for over two decades, focusing on product documentation in the Electronic Design Automation industry. Previously, Rick served as an R&D Lab Technician at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and as a Product Manager at Concept Development, where Rick designed and built cardlock vending machines for fueling sites.
