Simona Sanders is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Viant Medical since August 2022, Simona has previously held roles including HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Assistant at Amazon from October 2020 to August 2022, as well as HR Assistant and Executive Administrative Assistant at Crestline Hotels & Resorts from November 2017 to September 2020. Prior to these positions, Simona gained experience as an HR Assistant at Davis & Associates, LLC and began a career in HR during a work-study position at Dillard University. Simona holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on HR Management and Organizational Behavior from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dillard University.
