Brent Perry

Brent Perry is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Finance at ViaPath Technologies since January 2023, Brent is responsible for corporate G&A, operating, and capital expense planning and forecasting, actively collaborating with business unit leaders to assess financial performance against company targets. Prior to this role, Brent held the position of Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Sunrise Senior Living from February 2014 to December 2022, where responsibilities included developing expense forecasts and leading monthly financial reviews for a portfolio of over 300 senior living communities. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Budget Analyst at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from September 2009 to February 2014, and as Budget Analyst at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from September 2008 to September 2009. Brent holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Affairs, and Political Science from Syracuse University - Maxwell School and a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Public Financial Management from American University.
