Mark Ward

Mark Ward is a seasoned professional in product security and consulting with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Product Security at ViaPath Technologies since February 2020 and operating independently as a Principal Consultant since 1996, Mark excels in delivering innovative solutions, including enterprise security architecture and compliance auditing. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Security Architecture at TransUnion, Director of Security & Compliance at Vendini, and Director of Security at CyDesign Labs, where Mark managed security operations and led initiatives on sensitive government contracts. Additional expertise encompasses contributions to major projects at Pacific Gas & Electric and roles in software development and security architecture. Mark holds an M.S. in National Security from the University of New Haven and a B.A. from Saint Mary's College of California.
