Ludwig Hertz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ludwig started their career as an Insurance Adviser at Trygg-Hansa, where they worked part-time while pursuing their undergraduate studies. Here, they provided service and sales in the personal insurance market. Following this, they interned at Boozt as a Buying & Merchandising Intern, assisting with order management and product analysis. Ludwig also worked part-time as a Student Worker at Länsförsäkringar, providing customer support for banking and insurance services.

In 2018, Ludwig joined Viaplay Group, where they held several roles. Ludwig began as a Management Trainee before progressing to become the Head of Viaplay Store, where they managed the e-commerce business unit for TVOD and EST. In this role, they developed digital sales and marketing strategies and secured affiliate partnerships. Ludwig then became the Head of Movies & Documentaries, Content Programming before the most recent role as the Head of Content, Series.

Ludwig Hertz completed their high school education in 2011 at ProCivitas, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Social Science & Economics in Malmö. Ludwig then pursued their undergraduate studies at Copenhagen Business School from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Sociology. In 2015, they participated in an exchange program at the University of St.Gallen. Ludwig later pursued a Master of Science degree in International Business and Politics at Copenhagen Business School from 2016 to 2018. In 2013, they also completed a level 1 course in Political Science, earning 30 credits at Lund University.
