Karl Oberlin

Karl Oberlin has extensive experience in technical operations and business development within the telecommunications and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Product Line Manager and Global Business Development Engineer at VIAVI Solutions since January 2018, Karl previously held various roles, including Systems Engineer at Trilithic (now part of VIAVI Solutions) from May 2015 to August 2022, and Technical Operations Manager at both Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable from 1997 to 2014, where responsibilities included managing substantial budgets and supervising large teams. Karl’s career began in the US Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician 3rd Class SW from February 1994 to February 1997. Karl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Greenfield.
