Charlotte Abrahams

Charlotte Abrahams has extensive experience in educational development, currently serving as Pædagogisk Chefkonsulent at Viborg Kommune since June 2009, focusing on competence development for staff and leadership in the school sector as well as project management. Previously, Charlotte held the role of Udviklingskonsulent at Viborg Kommune and Pædagogisk Udvikling in Randers Kommune, where responsibilities included strategic competence development and fostering talent among leaders. Charlotte has a background in teaching, having worked as a teacher at Søndermarkskolen and Feldborg Skole, where subjects taught included Danish and various core subjects at the primary level. Charlotte obtained a Master’s degree in Learning Processes from Aalborg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and History from Læreruddannelsen in Skive.
