Jim McMicken, MBA, CISSP, CISM has held various roles in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. Jim is currently the Director of Cybersecurity at Vibrant Emotional Health, where they are responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity programs and ensuring compliance with security frameworks. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Cyber Security Consultant at McCyberSecurity, providing services to SMBs and enterprises, specializing in security and compliance assessments. Jim also has experience as the Director of Enterprise Risk & Compliance at Best Buy, where they led information protection teams and was involved in HIPAA and PCI compliance.
