Kim Gasper

Kim Gasper has a diverse work experience in the field of fundraising and development. Kim recently worked as the Vice President of Advancement at Vibrant Health, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, from November 2019 to May 2023, they served as the Director of Fund Development at Harvesters--The Community Food Network. Kim also held the position of Senior Manager of Individual and Corporate Giving at Harvesters from June 2019 to November 2019.

Before their role at Harvesters, Kim worked as the Director of Development and Communications at Cultivate Kansas City from April 2017 to June 2019. From July 2012 to April 2017, they were a Senior Account Executive at Summit Marketing, where they managed multi-channel fundraising campaigns for the Salvation Army, generated millions of dollars in annual revenue, and served as a Team Lead.

Kim's earlier experiences include being the Assistant Director of Alumni Programs at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences from May 2011 to July 2012, the Sr. Coordinator of Individual Development at the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation from August 2008 to May 2011, and the Director of Special Efforts at The Salvation Army of Kansas & Western Missouri from 2003 to 2008.

Kim'sfirst professional role was as a Database Analyst/Research Assistant at Arizona State Parks from August 2001 to February 2003. Overall, Kim has demonstrated expertise in fundraising, development, event planning, donor relations, and team management throughout their career.

Kim Gasper attended Missouri State University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications, with a focus on Public Relations.
