Valorie Coffland

Director of Population Health & Grants at Vibrant Health

Valorie Coffland has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and medical field. Valorie started their career as a Research Associate at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 1998 and worked in that role until 2003. Valorie then became a Program Manager in the same organization from 2003 to 2009. Valorie then took on the role of Development Director at the University of Kansas Medical Center from 2009 to 2017. During this time, they gained valuable experience in program development and management. In 2017, Valorie joined Vibrant Health as a Grants and Program Evaluation Manager. Valorie later transitioned to the role of Director of Population Health & Grants, where they are responsible for using data to identify and address healthcare challenges and improve the system. Valorie is passionate about working towards reducing healthcare disparities and making a positive impact in the field.

Valorie Coffland obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kansas State University between 1990 and 1995. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1995 to 1997.
