Emily Leonard

Emily Leonard currently serves as the Change Communications Lead at Vibrantz Technologies Inc., a role initiated in May 2023. Prior to this, Emily held various leadership positions at Ingevity from December 2014 to April 2023, notably managing program governance and organizational change management for the global ERP implementation and driving talent management initiatives. With a strong background in recruitment and business development, including roles at Robert Half International and MAU Workforce Solutions, Emily has developed expertise in organizational transformation, engagement strategies, and performance management. Emily holds an MBA from The Citadel and a BA in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston.
