Dovid Clarke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dovid currently holds the position of Victorian Government CISO and Executive Director of Data and Digital Resilience at the Department of Government Services. Prior to this, Dovid served as the General Manager of Cyber Security, Technology Risk, and Audit at John Holland. Dovid also worked at Sydney Airport as the Head of Cyber Security and Infrastructure and later as the Head of Cyber Security.
Dovid's previous roles include Lead Security & Risk (CISO) at MMG Limited, Client Executive-GRC at Advent One Pty Ltd, Senior Manager Security Risk Retail and Security Risk Manager at Commonwealth Bank, and Manager Enterprise Risk and Fraud Corruption Prevention at ISLHD - NSW Health.
Furthermore, Dovid held various positions at Telstra, including Manager Fraud and Ethical Behaviour, Manager of Crisis and Incident Response, Senior Resilience Specialist and CMT Coordinator, and Security Risk Specialist. Dovid also worked as the Operations Manager at Ajella Investments/Pearl Distribution and as the Business Continuity Coordinator at Citi.
Dovid Clarke completed their Executive MBA degree from the Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong, in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Information Security and Intelligence from Edith Cowan University, which they attended from 2006 to 2014.
