Lisa Tepper has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa recently served as the Executive Director - Customer Services Transformation & Delivery at the Department of Government Services. Prior to that, they worked for the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic) as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer - Digital Victoria and the Executive Director - Digital Strategy and Transformation. In these roles, Lisa led the development of the whole of Victorian Government digital strategy and policy, managed the Common Corporate Platforms Program, and oversaw WOVG IT procurement and digital identity policy.

Before their government roles, Lisa worked at Accenture for many years, starting as a Consultant and progressing to roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, and Managing Director. In these positions, they managed multimillion dollar client programs, led bid teams, and oversaw the strategic direction and business development of the Management Consulting arm.

Lisa's earlier work experience includes roles as an Engineering Consultant at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, and as an Engineer at WS ATKINS (UK HOLDINGS) LIMITED. At URS Corporation, they focused on engineering consulting, while at WS ATKINS, they provided environmental assessments for manufacturing sites.

Lisa Tepper completed their education at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2018, where they obtained a Company Directors Course. Lisa also completed a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management at the University of Melbourne in 2018. Prior to that, they graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1996 with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and another Bachelor's degree in Science, with a focus on Chemistry and Geography.
