Rachel Murphy

Rachel Murphy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in local government emergencies and pandemic response. Since January 2023, Rachel has served as the Senior Manager for Local Government Emergencies at the Department of Government Services, while also holding the position of Manager for Council Pandemic Response at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions since April 2021. Rachel's background includes significant roles such as Partnerships Manager at TEDxStKilda, Strategic Adviser at the Victorian Department of Health, and Senior Policy Analyst for Forest Industry Policy.
