Smriti Medha

Smriti Medha's work experience includes a position as Associate Manager - Operations and HR at Vichara Technologies starting in April 2021, as well as a previous role as Senior HR & Operations Associate at the same company from April 2017 to April 2021. Before working at Vichara Technologies, they held a position in Employee Relations at FIS from May 2012 to October 2016.

Smriti Medha completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management & Retail Business from Delhi University, which took place from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they focused on various fields of study including marketing, human resource management, retail, material management, advertising, and international trade.

In 2016, Smriti Medha pursued an Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management from Dsquare Technology. This program lasted for one year, equipping their with knowledge in recruitment, generalist management, and payroll management.
