Robert Arendell is a highly experienced legal professional who has held various leadership positions in the legal departments of several companies, including Vicinity Energy, Veolia North America, and Veolia Environnement North America. With a background in litigation, contract negotiation, ethics and compliance, and corporate governance, Robert has consistently managed and developed teams of lawyers and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to their organizations. Robert holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy with honors from Colby College.
