Tony Higgins

Tony Higgins currently holds the position of Risk Fraud and Governance at VicReturn since October 2023. Previously, Tony accumulated a decade of experience at Melbourne Water in various senior management roles, including Senior Manager of Data and Business Intelligence, Senior Manager of Risk & Information, and Manager of Enterprise Risk. Tony also served as Enterprise Risk Manager at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning from December 2011 to July 2013, and held the position of Manager, Infrastructure Risk at Turner & Townsend from November 2009 to July 2011. Prior experience includes working as a Risk and Compliance Specialist at Barclays and as a Senior Consultant at EY. Tony Higgins earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Canberra between 2001 and 2003.
