Peter Cornelius

Peter Cornelius has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development at Victim Support since January 2014, where Peter leads a team of approximately 20 professionals to address the training needs of 1,100 staff and 3,000 volunteers. Previously, Peter held interim roles including Learning & Development Manager at CLIC Sargent and Group Learning & Development Manager at Wincanton. Peter also managed a training team as the Training Manager for Cheltenham & Gloucester at Lloyds Banking Group and served as the L&D Manager at Clerical Medical from 1986 to 2008.
