Mark Bates has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mark. is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Victor Insurance Holdings, where they focus on underwriting, technology, distribution, and capital. Prior to joining Victor Insurance Holdings in 2018, they held various leadership positions at Marsh, including Chief Operating Officer of The Schinnerer Group and Private Client Services, Growth Leader for Private Client Services, Chief of Staff for Insurance Services Businesses, National Business Development Leader for the Private Client Group, Chief Marketing Officer for the United States, and National Practice Leader for Pricing of Services.
