Tanya Andreyev, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Currently, they are Vice President of Business Process/Change Management at Victor since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ICAT for 9 years as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed complex change initiatives and executed projects. Afterward, they pursued further education in the field of insurance by earning a Certificate in General Insurance from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters in 2006-2007.
