James Kinsella IV, M.A., CAPM has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Earlier in their career, James held positions as a Camera Operator/Production Assistant at RNR Productions, a Deputy Sheriff at Seminole County Sheriff's Office, and an Assistant Manager at S&J Sports, Inc. dba Play It Again Sports.

James began their career as a Hockey Referee at Inlines Skate Center, where they refereed hockey games, managed equipment sales in the pro-shop, and served as a camp counselor for a youth hockey program.

Throughout their career, James has gained skills in project management, virtual instruction, technical support, instructional design, research, GIS, insurance services, account management, and customer service.

James Kinsella IV, M.A., CAPM has a diverse education history that includes multiple degrees and certificates. James obtained their High School Diploma from Lake Mary High School in 2000. In 2005, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida, majoring in Psychology, Business Law, and Criminal Justice. In 2012, they graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology/Anthropology.

James continued their education at Penn State University in 2013, where they pursued a Post Baccalaureate certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). In the same year, they also obtained an MAHS Certificate in Underwater Archaeology from the Maritime Archaeological & Historical Society.

In 2014, James attended East Carolina University and completed a Master's Degree in Maritime Studies. During the same year, they also received a Scientific Diving Certificate from the Lighthouse Archaeological Maritime Program (LAMP), specializing in Maritime Studies, Archaeology, and Scientific Diving. Additionally, James obtained a Remote Sensing Certificate from the LAMP Side-Scan Sonar Workshop.

James furthered their education in 2018 by completing a Project Management Certificate in Project Management from East Carolina University.

In terms of certifications, James holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation from the Project Management Institute, as well as Brain Sensei. James also possesses a Level 3 Coaching Certification from USA Hockey.
