Alice Brosnan-Guers

Alice Brosnan-Guers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Alice started their career at The Donna Karan Company, LLC. as a Sales Coordinator in 2010. In 2007, they joined Waitrose & Partners and held various positions until 2011. Alice then participated in the Management Graduate Training Scheme at John Lewis & Partners from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2022, Alice worked at Waitrose & Partners as a Deputy Branch Manager, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed finances, developed commercial strategies, and oversaw a team of 20 managers and 500 employees. Alice is currently the Head of People Operations at the Victoria and Albert Museum, starting in February 2023.

Alice Brosnan-Guers holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from the Chartered Management Institute, which they obtained from 2022 to 2023. Alice also has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the University of Exeter, which they acquired from 2006 to 2009. In addition, Alice has additional certifications, including a Teacher Of English To Speakers Of Other Languages (TEFL) from the World TESOL Academy, obtained in 2023, and an Introduction to Data & SQL from Code First Girls, obtained in 2022.
