Constanza Palomino

Constanza Palomino serves as the Chief of Transformation & Human Development at Victoria Plc since October 2022, following a robust career in human resources and organizational development. As a faculty member at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, Constanza teaches in the Master's program for Human Resource Management. Previous roles include Directora de Personas y Talento at Válvulas Arco S.L. and Talent & Culture Director at Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I, as well as extensive experience with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as Director of Human Resources. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Valencia and various specialized programs in leadership, HR analytics, and organizational health. Constanza combines strategic insight with a strong commitment to human capital development and organizational learning.
