Elena Nicorici has over a decade of experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Head of Contact Center at Victoriabank since October 2022. Prior to this role, Elena held various positions at Orange from July 2009 to October 2022, including Customer Relationship Channels & Support Manager and unassisted channels/services coordinator. Elena's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Chisinau, obtained from 2011 to 2013, a UI/UX Web Designer certification from Webcase Design in 2022, a Licentiate degree in Marketing & Logistics from the Academy of Economic Studies between 2007 and 2010, and an Economist degree in Trade from the National College of Trade from 2004 to 2008.
