Sally Chapman

Sally Chapman is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in project coordination, policy development, and advocacy, particularly within the fields of family violence reform and child protection. Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at the Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency since October 2016, Sally has demonstrated expertise in strategic policy initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Project Officer at the Australian Electoral Commission and International Child Protection Specialist at the Australian Red Cross, where responsibilities encompassed designing child protection strategies and facilitating international emergency responses. Notably, Sally's work has involved collaboration with over 150 partners across a dozen countries, enhancing child protection systems and ensuring inclusive responses in humanitarian contexts. Sally holds a Master's degree in Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development, along with a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from The Australian National University.
