Caitlin McCarthy

Caitlin McCarthy's work experience includes various roles in the merchandising field. Caitlin recently served as the SVP of Merchandising, Intimates at Victoria's Secret, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they held positions as Vice President of Merchandising, Bras, and AVP Merchandising, Bras at the same company. Caitlin also worked as the Director of Merchandising - Sleep from September 2017 to March 2020 at Victoria's Secret. Before joining Victoria's Secret, McCarthy worked as a Merchandise Manager and Sr Merchant at Gymboree from 2015 to 2017. Caitlin also had a brief tenure at Nest from 2014 to 2015 and worked as a Buyer - Girls at JCPenney from 2012 to 2014. McCarthy began their career at American Eagle Outfitters, where they held various roles as an Associate and Assistant Buyer for their 77kids brand from 2009 to 2012.

Caitlin McCarthy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management and Consumer Studies from Syracuse University, where they attended from 2005 to 2008.
