Tanya Buckingham

Tanya Buckingham has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the retail industry. Tanya currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Victoria's Secret since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at L Brands, specifically in Victoria's Secret and Mast Global Technologies. Tanya held various roles within L Brands, including Associate Vice President and Human Resources Director. Their career in human resources started in 1999 as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter.
