Hailey Hepperle

Hailey Hepperle is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in special education and behavior therapy. Currently serving as Lead Teacher at Victory Academy since November 2019, Hailey assesses student needs, develops individualized academic and behavioral goals, and collaborates with families to support students' growth. Previous roles include Behavior Therapist at Synergy Behavior Consultants and Behavior Technician at Learning ARTS, where Hailey provided tailored support to patients diagnosed on the autism spectrum. With a Master of Education in Special Education from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, Hailey combines academic knowledge with practical experience in diverse educational settings, including significant roles in guest relations and mentorship.
