Rachel Hathaway

Rachel Hathaway-Boschee is an experienced educator currently serving as Lead Teacher at Victory Academy since August 2022, where responsibilities include curriculum preparation, lesson planning, and instructional delivery in specialized areas such as social cognition and communication. Prior roles at Building Bridges involved work as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist from May 2016 to September 2022. Rachel also has a background as a Paraeducator with the Tigard-Tualatin School District from October 2011 to May 2015. Educationally, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Montana and has further training from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
