Jennifer Stradling

Jennifer Stradling is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Adolescent Primary Therapist at Victory Bay since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as an Intensive In-Community Therapist at Greater New Jersey Creative Counseling from September 2023 to May 2024 and as a Visitation Facilitator at Oaks Integrated Care from June 2022 to January 2024. Jennifer also gained valuable experience as a Social Work Intern at Mastery Schools between August 2021 and April 2023 and held multiple positions at Acenda Integrated Health from January 2015 to October 2020, including Residential Assistant in a Sober Living Home, Juvenile Justice Counselor, Life Skills Coordinator, Residential Counselor, and Independent Living Coordinator. Jennifer earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Temple University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Rowan College at Burlington County.
