Michael Odon

Michael Odon has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Michael started their career as a Human Resource Manager at T.D. Williamson in March 2002 and worked there until August 2013. Michael then joined Sercel-GRC as an H.R. Manager / Deputy HSE Manager in January 2014 and stayed with the company until July 2021. In September 2021, they transitioned to Hilti Group as a Contract Corporate Recruiter and worked there until June 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Manager at Victory Energy Operations, LLC, starting from June 2022.

Michael Odon attended Tulsa Community College from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
