William Offutt

William Offutt has extensive experience in the field of veterans employment and training. William served as the Vice President at VIQTORY since 2012. Prior to that, they were a member of the Employment Advisory Committee at GI Jobs and also served as the Managing Director at Military Recruiting Consultants in 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they were the Director of External Affairs at Military to Medicine. Before that, they held two executive director positions at the US Department of Labor - one for the Veterans Employment and Training Service (VETS) and another for the President's National Hire Veterans Committee. In these roles, they initiated and managed various campaigns to connect veterans with employment opportunities.

William Offutt attended Mt. Lebanon High School in Pennsylvania from 1958 to 1962. William then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business/Economics at Ohio University from 1962 to 1967. Later, from 1972 to 1975, they attended Georgia Southern University for Graduate Business studies.
