Wayne Yocum

Wayne Yocum is the Chief Creative Officer and Partner/Head of Creative at Victory Enterprises. Wayne also serves as the Senior Consultant/Messaging Director at the same company. Wayne is the Co-Founder of VictoryXR. Prior to this, Wayne worked as the Deputy Director at the Missouri House Republican Campaign Committee and in the field staff at the Missouri Republican Party. Wayne holds a B.A. in Political Science from Truman State University and a J.D. in Law from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Wayne attended Republic High School before pursuing higher education.
