Josh Dochoda

Josh Dochoda has a diverse work experience. Josh is currently working as a Project Design Engineer at Victrex since September 2021. Before that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at WaterRower Inc. from June 2020 to September 2021. At WaterRower Inc., they were responsible for overseeing new product development, including designing, creating prototypes, and manufacturing drawings. Prior to that, they interned as a Material Science Engineering Intern at TPI Composites, Inc. from June 2019 to August 2019, where they worked on fabricating composite test panels and refining resin usage estimator program. Josh also had an internship as a Process Engineering Intern at Symmetrix Composite Tooling in 2018, where they acquired plug and mold fabrication skills and developed manufacturing process documentation. Josh has also worked as a Sailing Pavilion Assistant at Boston University in 2017 and as a Dominos Delivery Expert at Domino's in 2016.

Josh Dochoda attended Shorecrest Preparatory School from 2012 to 2016. Josh then went on to study at the Boston University College of Engineering from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
