Karl Grainger

Karl Grainger is an experienced engineering resource planner at Victrex since September 2022. Previously, Karl held multiple roles at Coster Group, including Industrial Manager and Production Manager from January 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, Karl worked at IAC Group from October 2012 to December 2017 as a Process Engineer for Injection Moulding, focusing on launch activities for Land Rover and Toyota products and providing production troubleshooting support. Karl's earlier experience includes positions as Mould Supervisor and NPI at Toyoda Gosei UK and Senior Setter at Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities encompassed new tooling issues, machine efficiency, and corrective actions for mould problems. Karl began the career as a Mould Technician at Toyoda Gosei UK, addressing and repairing mould tooling issues from January 2001 to 2004.
