Rob Fauerbach

Rob Fauerbach has extensive work experience in planning, procurement, supply chain, distribution, logistics, and business transformation. Rob'smost recent position is as the Head of Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain at Victrola since November 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Crocs, including Director of Distribution & Logistics from July 2020 to November 2021, Program Manager of Business Transformation from June 2018 to July 2020, and Supply Chain Project Manager from February 2010 to June 2018. Rob also worked as a Continual Improvement Manager at DSC Logistics from 2007 to 2010 and as a Consultant at Accenture from June 2005 to November 2007.

Rob Fauerbach attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
