Phillip is also the Director of Island Energy Solutions, a company Phillip co-founded in January 2009 that specializes in providing off-grid power solutions for various applications. With a background in engineering and project management, Phillip has held various positions in companies such as Bombardier Aerospace, FG Wilson, and Thompson Aero Seating. Phillip holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Aided Manufacturing and Engineering Design from Queens University Belfast.
