Amy Hooper Med

Amy Hooper MED, LCMHC is a seasoned therapist and care navigator currently employed at Vida Health since September 2020, where responsibilities include conducting consultations, managing member cases, and performing assessments. Prior to this role, Amy served as a Care Coordinator at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, providing support to individuals in mental health services and offering crisis intervention and therapy as needed. Additional experience includes a faculty position at the University of Phoenix from September 2009 to January 2020 and a role as MST Program Manager at Alexander Youth Network, overseeing a team that addresses the needs of adolescents involved with the legal system. Amy holds a Master's degree in Education and Community Counseling from Winthrop University.
